Welcome to Cakes and Bakes by MaryAnna! By using our website and
services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please
read them carefully.
Order Placement

To place an order, please fill out the inquiry form on our
website. or contact us directly via phone or email. An inquiry
does not guarantee a booking. A 50% deposit is required to
secure your order. The remaining balance is due on the day of
pickup or delivery.

The inspirational images provided are for reference only. The
final product may vary slightly in design and color.
Pick up And Transportation

Pick up time will be confirmed via email or text message. Please
arrive on time to avoid any delays. If you are running late,
please contact us as soon as possible. If you are more than 15
minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you. The date
and time you choose for pick up is the date and time you are
expected to pick up your order.

we are not responsible for any damage that occurs to the cake
after it has left our premises. We recommend that you drive
carefully and avoid sudden stops or sharp turns to ensure the
cake remains intact. The best space for transportation is a flat
surface in your vehicle, such as the trunk or floorboard.

If you are unable to pick up your order, please contact us as
soon as possible. We may be able to arrange for someone else to
pick it up on your behalf.
Refunds and Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on
custom orders.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at least 48
hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your
request.
Photography And Social Media

We reserve the right to take photographs of our cakes and
pastries for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your
order to be photographed, please let us know at the time of
ordering.
